We were pleased in all aspects of our experience with BMW of Westlake. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and excited about their product. No questions went unanswered, and we were comfortable with everything that was presented in a friendly business like manner. Our vehicle was delivered in mint condition, and we had their guarantee if any questions, or problems occurred they would be ready and willing to assist.
I found my CPO 2014 4 Series on line and went into Westlake BMW to work with Howard Schneider. From the get-go, Howard couldn't have been more accommodating, allowing me to test-drive the car overnight. When I returned the following day, making the deal with Howard was totally a no-pressure experience. Everything was honest and on the up-and-up.
