We were in the market for a 2 year old Z4. We made a call to BMW Westlake to see if they had any in stock and we got a call back right away for Jerry Mancini. He told us he has one coming in from a lease and its perfect for us and it was! It was exactly what we were looking for . I was an out of state buyer and Q was awesome to deal with from my initial phone contact to delivery of the car. Very helpful in answering my questions, providing information and even arranging to show the car to some relatives I had in the area on very short notice. He did everything needed to make me happy with this deal including changing out the summer tires that were already on the car with brand new all season rubber, and was instrumental in getting me the trade in value I needed on my old car. I live in NJ and found a 2010 MB E63 AMG at BMW of Westlake. I wasn't going to drive 8 hours to test drive a car so I relied on talking to Greg and Steve over the phone. They were able to contact the Dealership of service record and spoke to them about the car so I could get answers on some issues I found on the carfax. Our recent purchase is our third from BMW Westlake, formerly Ganley BMW. Always great, friendly people who make the process easy. Prices have always been great. Fred Palmer and Jerry Mancini make it so easy to drive away if a BMW that just right for us. Follow up with the BMW Genius, make the teh questions easy to solve. Would buy again from them...in a heart beat.

It was my first BMW. But John made it pretty easy for me. He showed me all the options which could fit in my choice and helped me to make my decision. Initially, the conversation was not that good, but later on it was really good. I had one small issue with my lease agreement, the model number of my car was not listed correct. But, that was corrected next day when i pointed that out. Overall, i was satisfied with my buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Good Job John.
