My overall purchase experience with BMW of Westlake was excellent. I was very impressed by Howard's knowledge of the vehicle demonstrated during the test drive. The Finance department also did a great job working with Sales to get me the best sales price and interest rate to fit my target budget. Nate also spent the time with me on the day I picked up the vehicle to clearly explain many of the great features of the vehicle. Everyone I worked with took the time to make sure my experience was the best it could be.
I always get excellent service at this dealership, This is my 4th car from them and they are knowledgeable and helpful. i recommend them highly.

This is the forth BMW I have leased from Westlake and they are very pleasant and accommodating. They go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience, even if they don't have a vehicle in stock they find one for you. The service department is excellent and very friendly. When you get your car back it is clean inside and out. Ken Delk has been my salesman for all of my BMW and has always taken very good care of me and answered any questions that I have ever had.

Solid experience. Ken spent much time test driving a few 3 series sedans with me. Negotiations were quick, finance was easy, and vehicle delivery was first class. I highly recommend retired service vehicles as a "gateway" to the BMW family.

I had a very good experience dealing with Q of BMW in middleburg heights OH. He went out of his way in every single step! He follows up and stays late. He came in on a day off just to get things arranged quicker as we were going out of town. I would not hesitate one little bit to refer Q to someone looking to buy a vehicle whether they are in or out of town. I was in search of finding and buying my father a car he deserves! For months and months I was looking for a black 750li.
