When I first went to BMW of Westlake I knew what kind of car that I wanted and the color! Being young I wanted something small, classy and affordable. My mother and I went in on Thursday to view a couple of cars and came back on Saturday and pulled off the lot in a new BMW 320i, all white! Everything that I wanted was a accommodated for, and everyone there was very helpful! Will drive BMW for the rest of my life! Amazing Experience!!! I recommend Ken!

This dealership is needed on the West Side of Cleveland!. The sales representative, Putrri Pataban, was very efficient in placing me in my new 2017 X1. She has kept in contact with me during the transmission process.

My second BMW with the guys in Westlake. Bob Meanie and Dirk Steffen Two of the best! I sent an email stating what I wanted and my price range. got to the dealership, vehicles and their info ready for my review. it took less than an hour to agree on a deal and could not ask for better treatment and respect shown.

Through a friend I was directed to Ganley to lease a new BMW. The manager, Bob Stecker called me the next day and we set up an appointment. He took the preliminary information from me & introduced me to my Sales Person, Howard Schneider, who is a "Rock Star". He handled the entire process efficiently & professionaly and I was so impressed. He set my appt. with the Finance Mgr., Mike Niedzwiecki who was outstanding. So i have been looking for a 7 series for a very long time. Ive had a few types in mind. I spotted this one online and contacted the dealership, i was immediately contacted by Q. This guys knows cars...period. His overall enthusiasm for cars made it a great buying experience. He will tell you the bad and the good about the car you want. We have been looking for a new x3 for my mom and a X5 for my husband and I. We have looked at all of the local dealerships and has less than desirable outcomes whenever speaking to a sales person. My husband found the X5 that fit what we were looking for this morning at westlake BMW he emailed and promptly received a call from knowledgeable ken. We went to westLake to buy one car and thanks to Ken's efforts in finding another car that we were looking for we bought two cars and traded in a car. He was courteous and kept us informed as to the process.

This is my third BMW. I found this dealer online and they advertised a vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived, Putrri Padbatan greeted me immediately. She knew based on my vague description the vehicle I came to see.
