I started my search for a new 340 I Xdrive back in September of 2016. I knew the equipment I wanted on the vehicle and I knew how many were available in a 500 mile radius of my home in PA. Fair offers for their vehicle, and my trade in. Very quick and knowledgeable with questions and concerns. You can tell they pride themselves on the product they are selling, and do everything to make the buying and selling of a vehicle easy. Last, and certainly not least Qasim or "Q" did everything in his power to make this a great car buying experience. He easily went above and beyond just to make sure the vehicle he was selling was ready, and in great condition.

We were greeted by Bob Meaney, who took care of us from the beginning to end of the purchase process. He listened attentively to our needs, answered questions honestly, and was very respectful of our time. He did an outstanding job in sales, along with Bob Strecker, who met with us the following day. We had our new car within 48 hours upon entrance into the dealership. The financial process with Mike Niedzwiecki was fast and painless. Thank you!

My out of state purchase could not have been easier! I knew what I was looking for and John Redden answered all of my questions and provided information throughout the 2 weeks it took me to make a final purchase. We communicated by phone and e-mail, and the time I spent in the dealership to finalize everything was only about 2 hours. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal on my 328i was well worth the trip from Pennsylvania.

I was looking to buy an M3 and after I did some research I was not able to find the car with the specs what I need in Chicago area .I'm not a big fun of buying a new car on Internet...without having a chance to touch the "toy" ,meet the sales person.Everyting went smooth they treated me with respect and honesty from the beginning to the end .

Honestly I am lucky to have had Qasim, "Q", as the person who helped me buy my car. He was very knowledgeable and quite helpful with any questions I had. It was my first real, and reliable car so I was nervous about getting all the right stuff I wanted in a car and was weary about all the details of buying one, but he made all of it very easy for me. He was serious when he needed to be and relaxed, chill, and funny when a serious tone wasn't needed. I enjoyed my time at the dealership and am very happy with my car.
