Putrri Padbatan was great to work with. I started researching cars a few months before my previous lease expired and Purtti was very helpful in pricing out different models over those months taking into consideration different promotions. She was timely with emails and honest when discussing promotions month over month. This was my first experience with BMW and it won't be the last due to the excellent service from Putrri. Thanks again!

I have been in the Auto business for 30+ years and this is the best dealer I have ever encountered. The whole team, especially Ms. Putrri Padbatan, where professional, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW.

Putrri Padbatan is an outstanding sales woman. I have never had such amazing service from a car dealership and it was 100% because of Putrri - she was outstanding. I highly highly recommend working with her if you are buying a BMW. Fabulous!

My past car-buying experiences had led me to hold a negative view of automobile dealerships' selling practices. Fortunately, I've recently learned that all dealerships are, in fact, NOT alike. My initial contact with BMW of Westlake was a phone call, in which I was up front about my distaste for dealing with dealerships, with Jerry Mancini. Jim and Brittaney are always a pleasure to deal with. They always respect my time, keep me updated and ensure I understand what is going on with my service. This time was no different. I was in and out fast, everything was explained and the service was very friendly.

I stopped into the dealership because I had a question about an accessory. I was given the traditional BMW attention to excellence. I did not expect them to take so much time to help me understand. As I was leaving I was thanked for returning. I felt like I went to my personal garage and talked with my personal service folks and they attended to my needs in a respectful courteous manner. Why would I go any place else?

Jerry Mancini was a very accommodating and honest sales person. He was not high pressure and I felt like he truly wanted to help me make the right decision. He was very professional and extremely thorough. This is my first BMW and so far it's great! One mistake that I made was assuming that all new cars (including cheap American cars) were equipped with Sirius radio. This one is not and I'm on the road all the time. Oh well.... my fault for assuming....NOT the fault of BMW of Westlake......
