This is my first BMW purchase and by far my best new car buying experience. I dealt directly with Mr. Steve Mihalic from the start and he was generous with his time in educating me about the product, diligent in finding vehicles that met my initial impressions and was appropriately persistent in his follow up. I look forward to experiencing the same levels in upcoming service visits.
It was the first time buying a BMW, my brother in law recommended John Caruso and we were not disappointed with buying a car thru him. He was friendly and informative and responded promptly to any phone calls we made to him. Worked with us discussing options on the car gave us our appropriate discounts. Made the overall purchasing experience as non stressful as he could.

I have bought many cars over the years from many different dealers and this is the first time I felt I had a partner in my search . The salesman I worked with couldn't have been more helpful.
Was given Steve Mihalic's name from someone at BMW in Middleburg Heights. I called Steve and he told be about a car that I might be interested in over the phone. Went to the dealership that evening for a test drive. Steve was very pleasant and great to work with. After the test drive he showed me the deal and I leased the car. The process was great and very painless. Mike Niedzwiecki as the Finance person I worked with and he was also very pleasant and easy to work with.
I bought a CPO BMW from Steve Mihalic who was great to work with - gave me the keys for a test drive, low pressure but very pleasant. Definitely was a great to deal with and open to fair negotiation. The day I picked up the car he was all ready for me and introduced me to the others (finance and setup men) who made the closing and delivery an easy process. I would recommend this team to anyone.
Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months.
