I am an out of state buyer and drove 3 hours because the had the best car for a great deal. I only invest in CPO vehicles and the sample they were offering was near perfect so I had them hold it for me for minimal money down. The car had just arrived on the lot and had not yet be fully detailed. This was just a routine service call. As usual, it was a great experience and the reason I deal with Ganley. Brittany is wonderful, professional and courteous. This is why I've purchased 3 BMW's from Ganley.
"Q" made the used car buying experience quick & easy for me. I had an idea of what I wanted to when I arrived we got right to business and a test drive. After the test drive, I was ready to buy and we took care of all of the paperwork that night. He had the car cleaned and prepared for delivery and I picked it up a few days later.
Always a good experience whether it's with sales or service. I've purchased two cars from this dealership, both through the same sales person, John Caruso. He's very helpful, even if it's a question after the sale.
