Q was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect car! This is the 2nd car I have bought from him and his manger Steve always take good care of me and my family when we come in! I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else thanks again Q and Steve
Everyone in the service department is so helpful. I've had a few problems with my X3 and they have worked to resolve them. A loaner is always made available and their first priority is servicing my car. I usually deal with Brittaney Quick and she's great.
I visited BMW of Westlake when looking to lease a new BMW X1. My reasons were their proximity to our house and good previous experience in servicing first our 2004 325i convertible and now our 2012 128i convertible. I had originally decided on a Mercedes and started the paperwork when I decided to browse around the BMW dealership. I came in and left the same day with my BMW due to Q's dedication to get me in a new car right then and there and the great deal he was able to make for me. I appreciated his honesty and patience and the fact that he stayed WELL after closing hours just so I could have the car the same day! Will definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to others!
Bought the car through USAA and we drove 125 miles from Columbus because this dealership had the particular car I wanted. When I arrived, the car was waiting in front and ready to test drive! Low key and very professional staff.
