I recently bought my car from BMW of Middleburg Heights and it was very good experience. All paperwork and application was fast and smooth. My sales person, Greg, was very helpful and communicated thoroughly with me before, during and after sale. Every week I am getting calls from him about my experience and he offers his help. I really like it.

The overall car buying experience with these guys was great. Step by step throughout the entire process very professional and caring. Even worked with me to get me the most they could for my trade-in. And also went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the vehicle before closing out the deal. I did an out of state purchase on a car I located online. Q did a great job of making sure that it went down without a hitch. He we knowledgeable about the car, sales process, and the registration process. They were willing to work with us on some of our requests, which made us feel comfortable closing the deal. Steve and Adam were very professional throughout the entire buying process. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He did a great job finding me a car with both the options and price that I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership to others. Not pushy just took care of business. Nate also did a great job showing me all functions of the car since this is my first BMW.
