Q Shirazi, Steve David and Mike Niedzwieki were easy to work with. There was no pressure. They were fair, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the buying process. They remained extremely reponsive to my calls subsequent to the sale in assisting me in canceling the unused warranty contract on the SUV I traded in as well as a helping with a few follow up service items related to the SUV I purchased. Great professionals and it was an outstanding buying experience.
Ken and the team was great. Ken always made himself available, even off hours. His accommodations, and focus on service was a breath of fresh air.
It was a pleasure working with Ken and staff. Ken was expediant and concise with product information and willing to negotiate with us on price. The order process was simple and streamlined.
I've bought of BMW's from Ganley over the years and they're absolutely great. To begin with Ken Delk is a real pro, he does his research and goes out of his way to make things easy. The service department is also top notch, no hassle, fix it right, all the right stuff. All in all I highly recommend this dealership.

Q was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about product. Very Helpful. Dan in finance very good at his job. Both were very friendly. I drove out of state to get car. I think negotiations with owner could have been better; however Q the salesman was top notch.
Bought a used BMW long distance. Gary did a fantastic job assisting me in the sale and making arrangements to get the car delivered from Ohio to Texas. No games. Just straight talk and great customer service.
