This is the 2nd time I have worked with this dealership. They are kind, efficient, and make the experience easy. My salesperson John Caruso and the entire team from finance to the customer education person made this a very smooth transition. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Even though my BMW is a 2008 I am still treated like I just bought the car. They also clean my car inside and out when I bring it in for service even suggesting that I can bring it by anytime for a car wash even though I do not need service. When they have a test drive event there is no hard pressure to buy a new car but they offer plenty of insight to any changes or benefits of the new models.

I have been dealing with Ganley/Westlake BMW for the past 10 years. At the outset my service guy was Jim Strunk. When he left Ganley some years ago it was a hit. Fortunately he has returned and continues providing the top line service advise I expect from a company like BMW. Jim is knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Great guy to talk with. Has always done me right. I recommend my BMW owning friends to Jim.
