My overall experience was excellent. The new facility is very nice and the staff is very friendly. What made my experience excellent was Putrri Padbatan the Sales Representative from BMW of Westlake. I was planning on purchasing another Mercedes E350. Putrri took the time to explain the different models and options. I look forward to buying more BMW's from Putrri in the future.

This was my first BMW experience, so clearly, I wasn't really prepared for how different it was from any other car buying experience. Not only was the experience fun, everyone was willing to work with me to make sure my needs and expectations were met (and actually exceeded). Good deal all around, I get a new awesome car and new friends that I can stop and see when I get my car washed! It's really reassuring to be part of the BMW family.
