I worked with Greg at Middleburg Heights. Even tho they mostly sell used cars, I was looking at the 2016 X-1 and he brought one to my work so I could take a look at it...talk about service! We now have purchased two BMW's at Middleburg from Greg; we won't be going anywhere else! Their service and knowledge is superior! And the "Genious"... WOW!!! He literally took me from bumper to bumper and taught me everything I needed to know about my new SUV.
I called early on a Friday morning to inquire about 2010 C300 that was on the website. After a very professional conversation with Steve. I placed a deposit on the car. Steve, who I s the manager put me in touch with Q and Dan to finalize the purchase. They both worked to get things taken care of. Howard gave us excellent reception, allowed me to test drive a BMW demo car with him as at the back seat which made me comfortable.. He was very polite and answers all question about BMW X1, even offered us coffee treats.Before I know , with all his intelligent explanation why I'll be happy with the, I'm already ordering one, and he promise it I'll come on time and it did. My entire buying experience from start to finish was incredibly cordial and respectful. I never felt pressured, uncomfortable or "taken for". Steve was a great Sales Advisor to deal with and I would be more than happy to recommend him and the entire location to anyone who is in the market for a great automobile. Howard Schneider was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing! He really cared about what I needed and wanted instead of selling me a more expensive car. His responses/emails were immediate as if I was the only person/buyer he was working with at that time.
