I had a nice car buying experience at this Ganley (one of numerous) Dealership in Westlake. They located what I wanted, priced me fairly, quick and easy through finance....no shenanigans or BS. I drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland for a BMW three series I had been searching for. Jerry Mancini gave me a very honest and informative description over the phone and had one item fixed before I made the two hour drive to look at the vehicle. This is the second car that I've bought from Jerry Mancini at BMW of Westlake. First of all, the place is beautiful and inviting. Secondly, and most importantly, Jerry and the whole team are helpful, inviting and do not pressure you.
