I had a great experience buying a used BMW from BMW of Westlake. Not only was the transaction simple, quick and painless, but the customer service I received from my sales associate, “Q” Shirazi, and the manager, Steve David, was superlative. There were no games, the car was exactly as described online, and the after sales service from Cassi Thadeus was great. This was nothing like the typical tedious car buying experience that most people expect. I will definitely buy from them again the next time I need a car.
I would like to thank Bob and Alicia for an over the top buying experience as well as for the follow up. The attention to detail is awesome - from walking through the door the first time to driving out after a fast finance process. One of the best sales experiences that I have ever encountered. Having bought multiple cars in my lifetime, I typically dread going to the dealership to be hassled and pressured into buying a car. However, this experience was unlike any other I have experienced. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and Jerry specifically made the process very low pressure and comfortable. I ordered a 2016 X1 in September to replace a 2013 X1. Buying a new model of a car unseen and undriven is never an easy thing to do. While I have driven BMWs for almost 30 years, a new model is tricky. How will it look, how will it drive, colors, etc.?
