I drove about 2.5 hours to BMW of Westlake from Detroit Michigan. I spoke to Tom Zito on the phone a couple of times, asking questions about the car before I made the trip . Went to the auto show to compare Mercedes, Audi, BMW and eventually make a purchase. I liked the Audi A6 but BMW wasn't there to compare. I have never been to a dealership where I felt ZERO PRESSURE! The whole experience was excellent from the moment I stepped into the dealership and met "Q". He was thorough and knowledgeable about everything and throughout the whole process. I will definitely contact him and this dealership in the future and I will let others know that if they are interested in luxury vehicles, this is the place to stop!
After my initial telephone conversation with Mr. Mihalik, I drove the extra 180 miles to purchase my 1st new BMW. Steve helped me from start to finish.
