We wanted to surprise our daughter with a new BMW for her birthday. WE had the best experience EVER at a car dealer. We are Lexus folks and LOVE that brand but after this, WE just might crossover! Not only did they give us a great deal but the sales person John Caruso was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The other people there were great as well. Nothing but high marks for BMW of Westlake.
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership out of State, so sight unseen. But i had a great experience and was helped through the entire process by one of their salesmen Jerry Mancini. My experience in buying my new BMW was incredibly non-stressful. Howard Schneider was very helpful and informative but always allowing me to make decisions regarding my selection myself.
