I recently had a great car buying experience at BMW of Westlake. Howard Schneider was informative, professional and easy to work with during the purchase of my new car. I will return to BMW of Westlake and ask friends to do the same.
Putrri Padbatan was wonderful to work with - knowledgeable about the cars and the whole process. She was helpful and informative, without being pushy or stressful. She made the whole car buying process fun. Michael Niedzwiecki was also very thorough and low stress in the paperwork and finance department. The process of buying a new car from Westlake BMW was such a good experience, I don't think that I have every had such a good experience from any other dealership in my 35 years of buying news cars.
I was looking for a great value and Howard Schneider assessed my needs quickly. Offer a option that was what I was looking for and I now have a vehicle that think is the finest on the road My previous car was a MB 550 CLS and I feel my BMW Leaves it on the starting line Thank you Howard
Putrri Padbatan took great care of me. Gave me a fair price and drove out with car the next day. Spent a lot of time to make sure I understood all about the vehicle before I drove off the lot and set me up with BMW Connect. Mike Niedzwiecki was great from the finance end. No bumps along the way.

We recently purchased a 2016 X5 from BMW of Westlake. During our search we felt that this dealership was the best fit as they were very professional, answered all of our questions, and delivered on what they promised. Having dealt with Ken in the past, I decided to go back and buy an X1 for my wife. Once again, Ken delivers. Also kudos to Mike, the Finance Manager.
