Purchased a car from BMW of Westlake South. It was an out of state transaction as i live in Massachusetts. I decided to buy the car based on it being a CPO, photos, and the salesman describing the car as quite beautiful. All the negotiating was done over the phone. I was looking at a CPO vehicle from Westlake South and had an identical CPO vehicle located at another dealership in Ohio. The pricing at Westlake South was much lower than the other dealership, after asking both dealers to present their lowest price on the car. After purchase, some minor upholstery issues were found after taking possession. This dealership has been excellent in working to resolve the issues at no charge. John Caruso was a very good salesman. He assured us that a defect on the car, found prior to taking ownership of the vehicle, would be taken care of in a timely fashion, without any cost to us. I was very grateful for not being subjected to a lengthy discussion taking care of the issue. He communicated well throughout the process.
