My experience with Ganley was nothing less the great!! I got a 2011 X3 and absolutely love it, our family has now purchased 3 cars from Ganley and the experience is the same every single time. We couldn't get to the dealership until 4:30 close their closing time, but that didn't matter. Jerry and Erik stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of properly for us. This was our first BMW purchase. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. He is also very friendly. We would definately recommend Tom and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.
Jerry was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was polite and knew his product very well. He keep me informed with everything through the entire process. The was at no time that he didn't answer my questions and made sure that I wa getting the best bang for my buck. I would recommend him to all my friends. He has a friend for life.
My husband and I had a very good experience working with Howard Schneider. It was our first time purchasing a car, and Howard could not have been more helpful. He took the time to explain the entire process, searched the entire eastern seaboard to find us the car of our dreams and then made sure that we were well acquainted with our new vehicle before we drove off the lot. We have since moved away from the Cleveland area, but if we decide to purchase another BMW we will probably visit Ganley again!
I was searching for my first SUV and I really was only considering two cars. I started working with Dirk at BMW and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service. He honestly, accurately, and quickly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). I am so thrilled with my new X3. The staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, when purchase/leasing a new BMW over the years are Ken, Fred and Erik. They are a great professional. They have treated me with the utmost professional care. Explaining every aspect of the BMW that I selected to purchase. One of the primary reasons I continue to return to Ganley BMW is because they treat you like family. They are an excellent staff and very knowledgeable about the product they sell. Job well done!
I found a BMW Z4M on there dealership website. Ended up driving over there from Vermilion Ohio just to check it out. And upon arrival I met Tom Zito. He was very informative and seemed like a really good guy. We had a problem getting through to my bank but that was because know one was answering.
