Exceeded expectations! The guys treated us great and gave us a fair deal. I had been to other dealerships in my area where the experience was less than enjoyable. I am very happy I made the trip to Ganley BMW.
The entire experience of negotiation and financing was quite painless. Erik and Jerry were both very friendly and helpful associates in our first experience of buying a new vehicle.
I found the car I had been seeking for ten months at this dealership and when I inquired about it received a quick, professional and helpful response to my questions. It was easy to arrange a time to come look at the car and Jerry Mancini was extremely helpful in facilitating the process of buying the car. It was a no-nonsense transaction without any games. I was extremely pleased with the experience and with the car.
I received an e-mail regarding some BMW incentives that would allow me to turn in my current lease and lease a 2014 X3. I phoned Dirk and he was very accommodating in scheduling a time to discuss the options with him. He spent quite some time with my husband and I going over the vehicles that were available. We took my old vehicle in for some warranty service and wound up leaving with a new car. We wondered into the showroom to ask some questions about buying out our old lease, and started talking with Frank Steffen who mentioned he could get me in a new, bigger vehicle for lower payments.
