no lie, best car buying experience I have had (6th car in my lifetime.) Tom was awesome! extremely friendly and knowledgeable. everything was explained, no hassle or pressure and was overall a very quick turnaround between coming in for the first time and leaving with the car the next day.
This is the 6th BMW I have purchased or leased from Ganley. In each instance, the sales staff was very friendly and informative. If I had been anything less than completely satisfied, I would not have continued to do business with Ganley.
3rd 3 Series My wife and I have purchased at this dealership (although there is a BMW dealer closer to my home). Never any stress dealing with Ganley. Everything goes smoothly. Very good deal on a great car.
We went to this dealership d/t the selection of cars and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marc Narosyn. He really was interested in helping us buy a car. Any of the dealerships we contacted in Pa were NOT helpful, didn't speak good English, nor did they have a very good selection of what we wanted. Marc followed us through, from start to finish. Very friendly service, honest, trustworthy, and was simply an easy process all around. Made me feel very comfortable with the sale (pre-owned BMW 650i), which is unusual in today's market. I had the best experience today purchasing my BMW 528x! I met Howard Schneider a couple of years ago while getting my car serviced at a different dealership. I was browsing at cars in the showroom and was greeted by Howard. Very friendly and helpful, never pushy. Just knew that i wanted him to sell me my next vehicle! We have now purchased three cars from this dealership. Negotiations were professional and understandable; paperwork was thorough and clear; salesman was helpful in explaining features of cars. Everyone was friendly, helpful and warm. When something went wrong during one service visit, management made sure things were cleared up quickly.
Probably the best experience I've had buying a car. Felt very good about buying another car from this dealership. Jerry on the sales side was informative and helpful. Erik on the finance side was straightforward and no nonsense.
