I saw the Honda Accord at Cars.com and decided to go see it in person. Tom Zito greeted me quickly and offered me a test drive. After the drive we discussed pricing and financing options. After deciding to finance through my bank, Tom quickly got my trade-in evaluated, printed out a detailed sheet I could take to the bank and made the purchase of this car effortless for me. Had Tom not been as gracious and accommodating, I may not have made this purchase.
My overall experience with Ganley BMW was outstanding. Brooks and Frank worked very hard to put in my new new car within 48 hours. Completing the financing paperwork is typically very painful. Erik did a great job to make it very pleasant! The entire staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. I would like to compliment Brooks' knowledge of the vehicle. He took a lot of time to show me the entire car and was very patient with my questions.

I found this vehicle on-line. Marc and everybody at Ganley were very helpful with all the details in purchasing this from out of state. Marc even picking me up at my hotel when I flew in to pick it up. I would recommend Ganley to anybody. They are very friendly and willing to help.

Jerry Mancini was very accomodating with the information I needed to xxxxx the condition of the car via phone/email. As I was an out-of-state buyer from 3+ hours away, this was important for me in determining whether to seriously consider it for purchase and make the drive to Ganley in person. Working with Dirk at Ganley BMW was a great car buying experience. I left the dealership knowing exactly what I purchased and why I made the purchase with full confidence.
