My experience with Gainley BMW was great. Tom, along with all others were very proactive in helping me get my car at the earliest. All my questions and concerns were appropriately dealt with. I was literally walked through the entire process and I did not have to bear any hassle on any front. I highly recommend Tom, the staff at BMW and Gainley BMW to all the prospective customers of BMW. I hope they continue to keep up the great work going. Thanks.

Excellent dealership. The entire experience was very satisfying. From looking at the potential cars to the description of the features, everything was very specific and clear. They were more than fair with the price. The paperwork was ready to go and well organized and only took a few minutes to complete. The delivery process was excellent, with the operation of the car being explained in great detail and demonstrated. The car looked great for the delivery. I would return to the dealership the next time I purchase a BMW.

I had a great experience with Ganley and especially the sales rep Jerry Mancini. We worked on the deal mostly by email and phone as I found the car on the internet that I wanted. Jerry treated me like a face to face client from the very beginning. Being in Sales myself, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism represented. I would definitely and highly recommend buying at Ganley BMW. The deal we worked out on the phone was the same as when we arrived. Great job Jerry and team!!

Excellent. Ordering a new car with specific options was seamless. Very fair with MSRP discount and an acceptable trade-in offer was accomplished with a minimum of back and forth discussions. Upon delivery of the car, and due to oversight, a specific optional package was omitted. Our salesman Tom Vito was a true professional--Excellent! Business manager Erik Parkinson was very helpful. The whole staff went out of their way thoughout our buying experience. Would highly recommend no matter what car brand you purchase! Would recommend this dealership no matter what car you purchase.

Howard was very informative and professional while also being very friendly. He answered all of our questions and helped us to find the car that was the right fit for us. Working with Erik for the paperwork was great too - he was funny and made the signing of all the documents go by fast.

I enjoyed my experience with Dirk and Frank while purchasing our new 5 Series Diesel. I am impressed with the product, and the hands on with Dirk was an experience that I have never had, even buying RV's. Dirks knowledge of BMW and his passion for the product is VERY evident.
