Excellent experience and great price. I travelled two hundred miles to work with these guys. The whole staff, not to mention Dirk Steffen, were first class in dealing with and made the buying experience very enjoyable.
I was very pleased with the experience I had working with John Caruso - we were actually able to get most of the deal worked out over the phone. He used no gimmicks, only full accurate explanations for what I wanted to know. John promised me a fair deal for my trade in without being able to quote a final price over the phone - and he delivered. It was well worth my drive away from my local market, and I will be back in the future.
My experience with Ganley BMW was great. All of the employees were very polite. If I was to buy another car from the experience it would be a BMW and from Ganley BMW.
I was interested in a used BMW Z4 with low miles as a weekend car. After searching autotrader.com, I found Ganley BMW had as competitive a price as any dealership within 200 miles (my limit for search) and just so happened to be within 25 miles of my location. Sean and Fred were easy to deal with and I would recommend them.

He was there to introduce us to BMW its quality and amazing technology. This was my first BMW purchase and the experience was stellar. The salesrep Tom Zito was very helpful, friendly and clear, answered all my questions. Extremely professional. Will recommend and will consider going back for the next car purchase, if am still living in Cleveland.
