Ganley BMW gets the highest marks from me. I have just gotten my 3rd new BMW, and my client advisor is John Caruso. John is proactive and very responsive in taking care of my automotive needs. The process of choosing and taking delivery of a new vehicle is made very easy and each transaction has been very pleasant. The facilities are very professional and they always have a great selection of new vehicles in inventory. I highly recommend Ganley BMW and John for anyone looking for a BMW.

Tom was knowledgeable and very flexible. I came in expecting to look at used cars, but together we realized my best choice would be to buy new because of how many miles I drive. He took me through options that were realistic for my budget and I am super pleased with the service and with the X1. I have seldom had positive experiences with auto dealerships, so this was a pleasant change for me. I expect to buy my next vehicle from Ganley BMW.

An overall good car buying experience. Ken and Erik were friendly, and handled my transaction in a professional manner. Frank closed the deal, and I feel he was clear and direct when he explained the details for me. I am pleased with my experience .

My wife and I felt very welcomed from the moment we entered the Ganley BMW dealership. Sales people spent a good amount of time answering our questions and explaining the options available. All the employees we dealt with very very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have purchased many new cars and overall, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

MY STORY........I drove from Chicago to purchase a car from a dealer that I had found on line located in the Cleveland area. The salesman described the car a 10 and in perfect condition, a true creampuff. I departed the next morning around 2:00 AM, anticipating to get to that dealer around 9:00AM, around opening time.
