This is the third BMW from this dealership and my second one from Ken Delk. Ken assisted from designing the car to the delivery. It was suppose to be delivered late but once the car made it to his center he called to schedule a pickup.
Howard Schneider did a great job in assisting me with the purchase of my new BMW X1. He was thorough and worked with me to arrange a fair deal. He kept me well informed as to the status of locating and delivering my new vehicle. Erik Parkinson was efficient and knowledgeable with all of the paperwork details. Overall., I enjoyed my buying experience at Ganley BMW.
I was communicating with John and Robert (the new car sales manager) for several weeks about different types and levels of cars, I was trying to find a good vale car, finally I saw the car I ended up buying in their inventory. As soon as I entered the dealership Sean Roberts greeted me and developed a personal relationship with me immediately.
