Bottom line, we got the car we wanted at the price we had in mind. Key aspects: 1. John is very responsive by email or phone; we did not always experience it this way at other dealerships! 2. Robert helped finalize the deal with John and made sure the car was prepped appropriately. 3. Erik is direct and easy to work with

Everyone I dealt with knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done professionally. My deal started with an email to John Caruso which was promptly replied to and set forth a detailed quote for both the lease of a new BMW 5 series and the early end to my existing lease. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER, EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY, EVEN THE MANGER CAME OVER TO US, SHOOK OUR HAND AND INTRODUCE HIMSELF. UNLIKE THE DEALERSHIP WE WENT IN COLUMBUS, VERY RUDE, WOULDN'T EVEN DEAL WITH US ON A TRADE AND THEN WHEN THEY DID THEY INSULTED US THE TRADE VALUE. The guys at Ganley BMW were fantastic. Dirk and Frank really took care of us. There was no pressure from the moment we walked in until we we pulled off the lot with a new BMW. They were very thorough in showing us everything BMW has to offer, let us test drive a multitude of cars, and never once brought up price until we were ready to talk. They have definitely sold us on the BMW brand. Thanks guys!

I just picked up my new X3 today. The overall experience was great. I visited the dealership earlier in the month and worked with John Caruso. I also met Frank and Bob. What stands out at this dealership is how friendly everyone is. The staff here are just very warm and shared my excitement about getting my first BMW. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we had a excellent buying experience. Our rep, Dirk Steffen, was 100% honest and fair and made my mom and I very comfortable. Buying a car typically has a negative connotation due to aggressive salesmen, but this was not the case here. Dirk was kind and did everything he could to make this experience perfect.
