The experience I had with this dealership was excellent from the minute I walked in all the way to leaving the parking lot. Great customer service! Tom Zito made purchasing a car out of state a simple process. From my initial call inquiring about the car, to delivery to my house across the country, took under 1 week. I would highly reccomend Ganley BMW.
My wife and I were out and about and decided to check out a few used car lots in the area. The plan was to drive down Pearl road, and stop at the used car lots down to Brunswick. Ganley BMW was the second stop on our path. We got out of the car and were greeted quickly by Jerry Mancini, who was very polite and friendly. I recently purchased a 535i from Ganley BMW in Middlleburg Heights Ohio. It was a very pleasant experience and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car which i picked up 4 days ago! My salesman was helpful and clearly knows the product, His name is John Caruso. He was able to locate a car outside of the state which was outfitted with all of the options which were important to me and had it here in Ohio within 5 days.
