Dirk provided exceptional customer service to my husband and I. He was very professional and really wanted to make sure we fully understood all the features our new car had to offer. He even demonstrated the driving capabilities of the car. Dirk did an excellent job of giving the full details of the vehicle including comparing and contrasting with the competition without bashing the competition, but rather, highlighting the value differentiators of the BMW. He gave probably the best test drive and explanation of the vehicle at delivery for any car that I have purchased. Dirk was very responsive and did an outstanding job of managing the entire process. Would recommend him and Ganley to all my friends.

The staff at Ganley BMW go out of their way to understand your needs and try to fit them into a good deal. Frank Steffen and John Caruso were there to answer every question, look at every alternative and never made me feel pressured in any way. Their service continued after the sale was completed. This is the third BMW I have leased/purchasded from John Caruso. The details he provides in both the pre-sale explaination of options, which effectively helped me decide my best purchase option, and the post closing car instructions were all excellent. I drove away completely satisfied (again).
