I have purchased 5 BMW's from Ganley BMW. I have seen new employees who seem committed and enthusiastic to customer care. I see a noticeable improvement in service compared to 2007. The reputation of the dealership of bmw middleburg heights is going up over the 2 years which coincides with some management changes I suspect. Frank Steffen send me an email to remind me of my end of my lease. He was a good listener and answered all my pertinent questions,thoroughly explained all my options.
