We had a great experience with Ganley BMW and our salesman Jerry Mancini. We came up from Mansfield on a very snowy day and they were very accommodating . There was no pressure at all and he was so helpful in all our questions in our first BMW purchase. We had called ahead and told him we were coming and what car we were interested in and they had it pulled in a warm bay for us to look at it when we got there. Recently completed an out of state purchase of a 535i CPO vehicle from Ganley and wanted to share with all the great experience from start to finish. The Ganley team was very friendly and courteous. They were also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was intetested in as well as all of the possible options. Jay Traner took the time to explain everthing to me and to answer all of my questions. I was very happy with my experience.
This was probably my best experience ever purchasing a car. The salesman was very forward, the sales manager basically laid the cards on the table, and the finance guy was most helpful. I have purchased many high-line cars over the last 6 years, but this dealership by far surpassed my expectations.
I started car shopping on the 10th of January. As I was searching I found Ganley BMW on Autotrader.com with an amazing deal on a brand new 2012 328i that met my check list to the T. I called on the 15th of January to descuss the car and my car for trade. This is our first BMW and after the wonderful service I am sure it will not be our last BMW. Jay had a very pleasant and friendly personality. He also was very knowlegeable of the car we purchased. He explained the car to us in an easy and systematic way. He reassured us that if we have any further questions to stop by or just give him a call. Tom Tunnell went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. He walked me through how to solve an issue created by a non-BMW service facility. (Lesson Learned) He ensured that the part I purchased the correct one and offered excellent insight and advice.
