Jerry Mancini was the perfect salesman! He was very knowledgeable about the car and didn't pressure me. He and his boss were very fair with my trade and we made a deal. I was a Lexus driver and am now a very happy convert to BMW!
Having been to Ganley in the past and feeling high pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Stopped in due to vehicle listing on website. Salesmen were not pushy or overbearing. A good price was offered on my trade. Would highly recommend this dealership.
I have 2 BMWs and just added the 3rd from Ganley. The reason I purchased from Ganley was their professionalism and detailed communication I received from their salesman, Sean Roberts. I have purchased, Corvettes, Lincolns, Volvos, Mercedes and BMWs and I have never never met a young man as detailed and knowlwedgeable about the BMW Brand. He is by far, the best I have ever met. Go to Ganley and ask for Sean Roberts...you won't be disappointed !
The overall purchase of my BMW X3 was a great experience from beginning to end. I purchased the vehicle through Dirk, and was very happy with his expertise, knowledge and friendliness. Two days later I picked the car up from the dealership. It looked beautiful-I was very excited to just drive off in a hurry. But.... Drove 150 miles to purchase an x3 at Ganley because of the price, but I couldn't be happier with their service. Jerry Mancini was a pleasure to deal with, and the car has been well worth the drive. They handeled our out of state registration and tags for us. Nice to deal with a dealership that I felt gave a great price and service. Leased a BMW from here, and although didn't quite get the deal I wanted, I am pretty happy for what I've got. They have a really good and friendly staff.
The expertise of the staff esp Brooks, Erik and Robert. They were very patience with me and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure and they made me feel as if I were the most important person at that time. They were all at the top of their game and the most professional yet friendly staff I have ever engaged with. They truly made me feel special.
