I had a nice experience overall working wtih John Caruso and Robert Strecker. I didn't feel any pressure, they acoomodated my needs with a loaner vehicle, and I left with an experience that I would repeat.

Having been in sales for nearly 20 years (before I became a teacher), I know a little something about the selling/buying experience. My experience with Jerry was excellent. He went the extra mile in handling all aspects of this sale. I had to complete the sales paperwork in a hurry because I had to make it to my sister's birthday party and Jerry did everything he could to expedite the process and he still made time to go over the car's features in detail. From the moment I walked in the store, I was treated like a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Ken Delk and Ganley BMW provided a great buying experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 535 home for an evening for an extended test drive. At the delivery of the car Ken spent considerable time to make sure I understood all of the functions inside the new 535. He also offered his time if I needed to come back with additional questions. The 535 was the car for me compared to the Audi A6 and Lexus GS350.
