From the beginning, John Caruso, made my experience a pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. Jeremy Galvin here again...why? Good question. I am online reviewing another new car lease from Ganley because my 2011 335d saved my life. Late one night I hit some black ice on a country road at about 55 mph. As I slid sideways the back of the car in the ditch & the front on the wrong side of the road I hit a driveway with a pipe for the ditch & a steel I-beam to support the driveway. During the sales and/or service process, our questions have been answered thoroughly, to our satisfaction. Once we left the dealership, follow up was quick to make sure our experience was a good one. I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Ganley. The salesman was friendly, attentive and informative during the test drive, but did not push me with a "hard sale". Based on my research, the sales price offered as well as the trade-in value were more than fair. The staff was efficient in setting up financing, title transfer, and insurance transfer, and I was able to drive the car off of the lot the next day. Overall, this was a great experience, and I'm loving my 335 xdrive!

It was a great experience visiting this dealer, all the employees were very professional and experts on Bmw topics. Overall , customer service excellent, sometimes a bit slow though. I will definitely go back and recommend this dealership to my friends. I had no previous credit history an thanks to them I'm driving a Beamer.
Scott was a great salesman, he went the extra mile to explain the benefits of getting into a lease and opened my eyes to alot of information that I was not aware of. Upon the delivery of my car he explained everything in great detail and was helpful in all aspects. When I turn in my car at the end of my lease there is no doubt I am hopeful to deal with Scott again to get into my next BMW.
