That being said, I would have liked my service light reset. I was in for a recall repair of the blower harness wiring. My cover for this area was behind the passenger seat but wasn't reinstalled. That would also have been appreciated.

"This was a visit for 10,000 mile service on a new '21..." This was a visit for 10,000 mile service on a new '21 X5, transfer of service to me and purchase of an extended service contract. Cassie did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. 2 issues: 1.) Car was detailed and cleaned completely except for the windows which were terrible. Worse than when I dropped off the car.
