"Cassie was awesome and very supportive. I tried westlake..." Cassie was awesome and very supportive. I tried westlake store and advisor John was rude and did not want to help at all. i explained my situation to John at Westlake and John hung up on me i called Middleburg store and Cassie was awesome from the start and was appologetic from the start that the Westlake advisor hung up on me. i will only deal with the middleburg store for now on and Cassie will be my advisor.

"We have not yet used the service department as its been..." We have not yet used the service department as its been less than a week in the new M235, but the dealership has worked to ensure we knowledgeable on the vehicle features, was able to get our app setup and resolve some issues regarding our title from our trade in... overall for us the experience has been positive.
