Car Repairs at BMW Dallas I worked with Tyler Anderson for my car repairs. I had an accident and had my car taken to BMW of Dallas, it was my first time at that location and Tyler completely took me under his care, worked with my Insurance on getting everything covered and repaired correctly. I appreciate his patience and kindness while getting my repairs done, he provided excellent service.

Car buying Buying experience was not that great , there was a dinct disconnect between what was sold to what was published on the paper . The push was to sell the car with out even drving or seeing the car.
Repair They went over and beyond and the cost was significantly less than they had quoted
Overcharged I took my 2016 BMW X5 for a oil change service it was my first time ever at this dealership I was going to buy the three-year service but the service writer informed me that I cannot do it unless my vehicle was 10,000 miles between oil change services. It?s a little misleading on their website so I went ahead and purchased the value service which the service writer charged me $150 for but on the website, the normal cost for this service was $99. Absolutely Great Experience I've been buying cars for 55 years and my recent purchase from BMW of Dallas was the best I have ever experienced. I was immeasurably impressed with every aspect of my purchase event. The only negative was their inability/unwillingness to draft on my financial institution. That created an extra hoop to jump through, but still an excellent overall experience. And we love the vehicle too!
