Service 2.08.2023 Took longer than expected to drop off considering I had an appointment, but overall service was satisfactory. I was disappointed that they neglected to wash the car after specifically asking if I wanted it washed.

Run as fast as you can Worst experience ever. We were lied to. Told multiple times we purchased a certified car, turns out we didn’t. We had stuff stolen out of our car when having it serviced. We paid for a alignment and then found out at another dealership it wasn’t done. The car had 13,000 miles on it when purchased. We have had it in the shop 8 times in less than two years. They wrecked my car when servicing and then tried to hide it. These people are thieves and liars.

BMW 6000 mile shrive very efficient, good video and explanation. Facility very nice
Service Brought my car in for a repair , car was not fully repaired . Also did not provide pre-disclosed service . Did not provide transport to for drop off & pick up as stated they provide. Upon arrival of pick up advisor was unavailable & barely caught attention of any other advisor . Unable to verify I paid so I had to wait a while . Then told car was waiting out front . Not the type of luxury service I expected.
