540d repair at BMW of Dallas Took 540d X drive into BMW Dallas for a recall and annual checkup. Discovered weak battery in emergency call and one tire out of alignment. Did repairs but took extra day and doubled cost of visit. The latter was unavoidable. One issue remains contacting the service rep. There should be a better method-either I play telephone tag or leave a bunch of messages.

Service on BMW-X3 Took my car in for oil change and alignment. Tech discovered motor mounts collapsed. Luckily covered under warranty. Seems odd for a car with less than 24k miles. Car serviced and repaired in one day. Fast courteous service.

Great and best dealership and sales Team I traded my Genesis 2015 for a BMW iX 2023. The process was smooth, easy and straight forward. My sales representative, Michael Torchia is a true representative. No high pressure sales tactics at all. When we agreed on the terms of the sale, he had the vehicle detailed, charged and ready for delivery. He even threw in a set of floor mats. Below average experience Bought a BMW X3 here recently and while they seem to happy to earn your business initially; all that quickly changes after you sign the dotted line and exchange the monies. My purchase experience was below par and I had to 'escalate' matters to a manager just for simple question and needs (about vehicle warranty) that my sales representative was either not willing to answer; or had no interest in answering after the deal was closed.
