2014 X5 5.0i BUYER BE WARE 5 DAY RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE. Im very disappointed with the lies I was told about the 5 day guarantee. I returned the vehicle with less than 250 miles on the 2nd day after purchase and was told the policy did not apply to me. When I asked why, the Sales Manager Mark told me it was because they allowed me to get my mechanic to look at it before the purchase. There policy does NOT say anything about this. Top Tier Customer Service I've been visiting this particular location for 2 years now. Every time I show up, the process for repair/maintenance is efficient. Brandi Mukupe is my dedicated Service Manager and she goes above and beyond for every visit. She communicates often and effectively, not leaving me to wonder about a thing. I have full faith in the service team as well. I receive a video each time, outlining exactly what needs to be done as well as shown exactly where the work is needed.

Screw in my Tire. I arrived at BMW of Dallas with a mail in my tire. Service Manager Vincent and my service advisor Dameon met me in the service bay inquiring about my issue. I told them about the screw in my tire and both handled the issue professionally expeditiously. The customer service was GREAT!!! Dameon got me back in my car and back on the road after I was completely satisfied with the repair. Thanks guys for taking care of me AGAIN!
