BMW DALLAS Service is Amazing My service advisor is Darrick. He goes above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. Luckily in the 2 years I?ve had my car the maintenance has been routine The tires are another story. The Dallas streets have been rough on my tires. Nails, large screws and a big pothole have caused me headaches. When this happens, I call Darrick and let him know I?m coming in and he meets me in the service area when I arrive and shepards my car through. Inspection of my BMW550 Travis was very helpful while I had my 550 in for an inspection. He pointed out a couple of service items that are upcoming. He also described the long-term customer discount that would be available for the upcoming work.
Right of Way Representative Victor has always been very attentive on my vehicles needs. Anytime it needs service, he makes sure I get it in within a day. Everyone there is fantastic Been doing business with BMW of Dallas for over 13 years. Wouldn't take my vehicle any where else.
