"Kristina Williams is trustworthy and knowledgeable " I still purchase the older model BMWs because I trust Kristina to be honest and get the work done right. She knows these vehicles in and out. The service center is also always friendly and clean.

"Max was magnificent " I haggle and negotiate for much of my day. I have no interest in it when my work day ends. My car required repairs for nearly 2K and I had enough. So I looked up 3 dealerships - Max was the most transparent, most responsive and cut the BS. I was in and out with my BMW X1 in less than 90 minutes which included showing me how to work certain parts of the car. Even my finance guy was good. Can't beat good service.

"Excellent Experience" The experience was excellent from all individuals. I purchased my first BMW X5d in 2012. The sales experience with Andy Alexis is so easy due to his knowledge and professionalism. I worked with Andy again to purchased my second vehicle a 540d. Excellent service department and customer service and I couldn't be happier.

"Diligent. Professional. Patient." This young man has provided genius support for each of my last three purchases. Regardless of my many naive questions or problems, Andy Jr has consistently provided a wonderful service. He is also good listener and a reassuring presence when presented with questions. I have always felt that Andy Jr has the best interest of his customer in mind when providing service. This young man is clearly an asset to this dealership.

"Fantastic service and attention by a dedicated team" Eric Lovo provided outstanding service during my recent purchase of a 2015 Honda Civic from this dealership (sorry, not a BMW). He was professional, detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the car. As well, within a few short hours he and Anthony Lucas (Finance) made sure that all the required paperwork (registration, tags, etc.) was completed making the purchase a true one-stop experience. "Professional experience used car shopping" I randomly came into the dealership after seeing a 2016 328i for sale on the lot, and received very professional and helpful assistance from one of the sales agents. I also found the price of the vehicle reasonable, and the car in good shape during the test drive. In the end I didn't buy the car, but through no fault of the dealership or salesman (I just wanted something new in the end).

"Awesome experience" I recently leased BMW X6, making this my second lease at BMW Silver Spring. What a great/five-star experience! In the case of the recent lease, Lonnie Overby was exceptional, attentive, courteous and extremely helpful. Also, a big shout out to Michael Bolgar for all his assistance in getting this car at the best deal. It is without any hesitation I will recommend others to the BMW Silver Spring. "great service" kristina has been my service advisor for the last five years - i have learned to trust her to give me well-informed advice that is in my best interest, not just rack up extra repairs for her dealership. She is really helpful. Overall service at bmw of silver spring is super professional and high quality.
