"Eric is a great sales guy " I interacted with Eric lovo at bmw silver spring. He is a self assured, solution oriented sales person. He exudes trust by being a diligent straight shooter. Most other auto sales folks make the buyer uneasy because they hide/ask irrelevant questions, try to be nice when it's so evident that they're scheming. "Great Experience" I ordered by car through BMW of silver spring, Most of the sales was done via email. Working with Dave was amazing, it was as if I was physically present at the dealership. He definitely went above and beyond. addressed all questions honestly. I have told everyone looking to buy a car to strongly consider BMW and specially go to BMW of silver spring.
