"Excellent Service!" We went to BMW of Silver Spring to turn in our 528 Lease and get a 530. This is our second time dealing with David Strassman and once again it was a pleasant, easy, and efficient experience. He took the time to show all the new features of the 530 and what was new compared to the 528. I took a test drive and then we sat down to work out the numbers. "Great Service Adviser" Kristina goes above and beyond the call of duty for her customers. She keeps me informed of my car repair status, even when things get busy in the office, and in her personal life. Kristina contacted my on her day-off to let me know the slow air leak in my tire was caused by a nail. She even reminded me of a discount to lower the cost through the BMW Car Club of America. I thought that was real sweet of her and I appreciate her efforts. PS: Kristin Williams is "good people".
"Top Notch Service Adviser" Rachel Rhea, service adviser, is a wonderful team-player. When my main adviser was out-of-the-office, she called to give me the repair notes from the shop. I think Rachel is on top of her game at BMW of Silver Spring, MD.

"Salesman extraordinare " I met Dave Strassman several years ago, and since have been a happy car buyer every time I have traded with him. "Best Salesperson Ever" I love my BMW. I never thought I would really enjoy driving a car. I’ve graduated from a Cutlass Supreme (I’m old-ish)to a Lexus to a BMW. The best part of my experience was working with Dave Strassman. It’s hard to understand that buying a car could be so much fun. If I could interact with Dave again, I’d buy a new car every year. I miss him already.

"Totally great experience" From contacting the dealership to our sales person Karen Herbert, to our finance person Anthony Lucas,we had a truly excellent purchase experience. We traveled over a thousand miles to purchase our 2015 228i convertible, and from the time we contacted Steve Gluck, to the time we drove away in our BMW we knew we made a wise choice.We will most definitely recommend BMW of Silver Spring, and our sales "team" to others.

"Amazing experience" I visited Max at BMW of Silver Spring to look at 2019 X3 after meeting him this fall. I arrived that morning and left early that afternoon! The entire process was quick, easy, and painless. He answered all of my questions and was very efficient with my paperwork. The Finance Manager Andrew Lippincott was great as well. Would ultimately recommend the dealer and Max and Andrew to anybody looking for a quick, easy, great deal on a new BMW.
