"Superb Customer Service" Recently (Feb 9, 2019) bought a CPO'ed BMW 428i that came off lease. Mr. Strassman kept an eye out for us for this car coming off lease, and managed to hold the care for us for nearly two weeks until we could drive from Chesapeake, Virginia to buy the car. "Excellent experience with Ron Askew" Ron Askew worked very hard to make our experience as smooth as possible. We needed to know about flat towing our car behind our motor home and Ron looked up information and even went in person to a business that does flat towing installs to get the correct information we needed. "The best car buying experience I have ever had" BMW of Silver Spring is a great dealership. Everyone I dealt with was fair, reasonable and completely without the high-pressure, hard-ball tactics so common in auto dealerships. The star of this was Max Moyer. I have not dealt with a salesperson in any business--autos or anything else--who demonstrated more customer care and attentiveness.
