"Superb dealership" It was great doing business with BMW of Silver Spring. I just purchased my 2nd BMW from this dealership. "Awesome Service by Scott Sohn" Scott Sohn from BMW Mile One Silver Spring Showroom has been wonderful to work with. An amazing personality who has complete knowledge on the inventory, features and option packages. He was crystal clear in providing the complete information including the hidden charges. He was very helpful all the way through. Anthony Lucas from Finance department, Michael Bolgar and Chris from Encore were some of the very supportive staff who has made the entire deal a pleasant one.

"Thank you Chap!" It was great working with Chap during my purchase of my BMW. It took me more than one visit to make a purchase. Chap was patient, informative and addressed all of my questions and concerns. My new BMW was a great way to start the new year!

"Great experience" My Wife and I had a great experience a BMW of Silver Spring. Excellent customer service from Lonnie Overby who was very accommodating in showing us selections of X3, X5 and X6 models on lot. No pressure and follow up as requested. Although we ended up not buying there I would recommend Lonnie and team.

"Buying Review " I had been looking for a nearly new 430i convertible for a couple of months and was repeatedly let down by other dealerships and garages. "Absolutely the Best Dealership" Karen Herbert was the best sales person I could have asked for. She was generous with her time and attention to helping me purchase my X5. She provided details about the X5 and answered any questions I had. She supported me throughout the entire process, from some indecision to putting together a great deal to my driving off the lot in my X5. "Great customer service!" I came in a few hours before the dealership closed looking for an X3 that had already been sold to another customer. Coming from a 2008 328i coupe, I wanted an SUV for my new ride. Andy Alexis took the time to show me different options. Once I found what I liked, Andy made sure to give me all the discounts that were available to me, I had pizza while I waited, and I left a happy owner of a 2018 X2!! "Review of BMW purchase through Dave Strassman " I happily purchased my third BMW (in a row) through Dave Strassman. Dave takes away the pain that often comes with purchasing/leasing a car by making it an actually fun experience. He is honest, trustworthy, and relaxed. "Great Experience" I've owned and leased many BMW's over the past 27 years and have always worked with a closer dealership. When Dave Strassman left that location, my husband wanted me to follow Dave but I thought it was too inconvenient.
