"Great Service at BMW of Silver Spring" After trying to find a great deal on a late model used BMW from a number from a number of different non-BMW dealers with no luck (and spotty service), I decided to give BMW of Silver Spring a shot after seeing a potential candidate car on their website. "Very helpful sales experience" I purchased a used Mazda 3 from the dealership and even though I wasn't buying a high-end BMW, the sales staff (Karen was my main contact) were excellent and treated me well. Great follow-up after the purchase to make sure everything went well and they even loaned me a new BMW while some post-sale touchups were done to my new car.

"Awesome Service on my BMW" I bought my BMW not too long ago, a day after the charge pipe blew up. In a hurry, I head right over to BMW of Silver Spring and Delphjn Green took such great care of me and my car. A day later, I got my car back and shes running great. Thank you Delphin!

"Great Experience " Great Experience buying my 2019 X3 at BMW of Silver Spring with Ron Askew as a salesman and a manager Mike Bolgar.
