"Fantastic customer service" Kan was extremely helpful with the whole process. I was originally going for a used car, however he was able to workout the finances for a brand new X3. The entire staff was extremely professional and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone

"Good overall experience at BMW of Silver Spring" I was looking for a quick purchase within a budget. "Professional " I highly recommend looking for Ron Askew specifically. Nice guy. I put $1000 down to hold a vehicle and within 6 hours sealed a deal elsewhere. I called Ron and he started the ball rolling on refunding me immediately. Very professional, mature, seasoned. Not to mention I sense people in the background who help make him look good.
